Hi, I’m Liz.
In July 2015, I left on my first mission trip known as the World Race. We were overseas for 11 months learning how to be the hands and feet of Jesus in a broken world. Needless to say it changed my life.
Now I’m home. And I’m hungry for more. More than what society tells us our lives should look like. More than what we’ve been taught will make us happy. More of that countercultural life Jesus talks about.
But what does that really look like? To be a real disciple of Jesus Christ. To live a missional lifestyle here in the U.S. To have the greatest commandment be your greatest priority: Love God, Love People.
That’s what I want to learn.

The Center for Global Action (CGA) is an 8-month leadership and discipleship program in Gainesville, Georgia that equips followers of Christ to recreate biblical community through teachings, scripture, and activation. Throughout the program I will use this blog to share lessons that I learn and encounters that take place to further spread what God is doing in and for His people.
